TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must agree to the following Terms and Conditions set below before leaving your pet/s with us.
Health
All animals boarding with us must be in good health and all medical conditions discussed with us prior to us being able to board your pet. If we feel your pet is showing signs of illness or injury we reserve the right not to accept them for boarding.
Your pet will not mix with the other boarders (to minimise the risk of any infection) except for its own family. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any illnesses such as Myxomatosis, Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD), fly strike, mites or any other common disease. Boarders will be checked over daily.
Bunnies
For the well being of your bunny and other bunny guests, it is advisable that he/she is vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD) which are done yearly. Therefore owners should note that
we accept no responsibility for your rabbit becoming ill from any virus which would have been preventable by an
appropriate vaccination.
It is imperative that, if your bunny is to be vaccinated for the first time, or after the vaccinated time has lapsed, the vaccinations are administered at least 2 weeks prior to their stay with us. Please bear this in mind when booking in your bunny.
Please bring the vaccination card with you when you drop off your bunny.
Guinea Pigs & other small Animals
There are no vaccinations required for any other small animal
Illness
Should your pet show signs of illness during their stay with us we will try and contact your emergency number for advice. If your pet then requires medical attention from the vet we will transport them there for treatment. Any costs for treatment by the vet must be met by you the owner. Your pet will be treated under your name and address.
If bonded pets need to be separated in the interest of their health and safety, you will be charged for the additional accommodation. You will be required to pay any of these extra costs when you collect your pet.
We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst boarding with us. If your pet passes away we will contact you immediately and follow your wishes, any costs incurred will be payable by yourself. All pets are left entirely at owners risk.
If for any reason your vacation lasts longer than expected you will be required to pay for the extra boarding days. If possible could you please inform us if there will be a delay in collecting your pet.
We accept no liability for injury sustained by yourself whilst on our premises.
Abandoned Pets
If your pet is not collected on the due day and we are unable to contact you from the information you have provided, we will, after seven days seek to have your pet re-homed. In this event, every effort will be made to contact you to recoup the extra costs of housing and re-homing your pet.
Payment
We require a deposit to secure your booking (non refundable) or payment can be made in full at the time of booking. This can be paid by cash or cheque (pay pal can be used – please ask for details) If a deposit is taken the balance is to be paid on the day your pet is dropped off. Any daily rate includes the arrival day and the departure day regardless of the time of day.
Please note cash only on arrival.
I agree to the above terms and conditions which will be applicable for this and every subsequent stay.
